Talons Strike and Wings Unfold 7. Nine Demons Draw the Horse-Slaying Saber 8. Unified Descent of the Three Body Sections 9. Azure Dragon Extends Its Claws 10. Crouching Tiger Pounces on Its Prey 11. Bowing Warrior Form 12. Tail-Swinging Closure Each movement harmonizes strength and softness, physical posture and breathing, external form and internal energy.
