YOGA WHEEL STRETCH & FLOW ⭕️

I’m using my YogaBody Wheel here which I will link below. It is 15” but feel free to work with what you have. A stability ball can work as well but keep in mind it won’t give you the same firmness that will help you deepen your backbends. Also, you won’t be able to reach back and hold onto your for the shoulder opening.
