Killing Floor 2: Hell on Earth Outpost Berserker Objective Solo w/Patriarch
The summer slideshow has finally arrived on all platforms. With the introduction to objective mode Tripwire has given the base maps some story with lore surrounding them. All changes can be found here. Changelog v1081: https://www.tripwireinteractive.com/#... In this objective map, Horzine has abandoned Outpost. It has been overrun zeds. It's up to you to secure and retrieve any data left on the base all while trying to make your escape with the aid of Dr. Ogada Buyu. I enjoy the Objective mode that tripwire has brought back. Giving maps depth oppose to just surviving just in them. While it is nice tasks given to you can get repetitive. I'd like to see more varied tasks spread around the map that don't involve repeating the same ones in the same map. Such as the drone escorts I never liked them and they get old quick. In this run I played Berserker and toyed around with the new weapon for medic the Hemoclobber crossed perked with Berserker. The Hemoclobber is a gimmicky weapon. It certainly has it's advantages but it's counterproductive. It functions just like the Pulverizer but with more AoE range that emits poison damaging zeds around you. It's secondary fire heals you and teammates on a zed hit making it extremely useful in the heat of combat. But it's not without it's setbacks. Hitting zeds can cause poison panic. This makes the zeds movements irregular preventing you and your teammates from setting up efficient and reliable kills. Which can be a problem for other perks trying to set up for large zed take downs. While the Hemoclobber is fun to play with, it shouldn't be used on large zeds because of the poison panic and should exclusively be used for healing your teammates. I'm not a fan of weapons that promote such tactics like the Hemoclobber. Overall I enjoyed this run playing as Berserker. It was great. Thanks for watching!
