Whisked cold cream with sugar until fluffy. 2. Blend together chopped dates, chopped walnuts and lemon juice. 3. Mix together both mixtures. 4. Put the ice cream into a container and put it in the freezer. 5. After 15 minutes we mix the ice cream and put it back in the freezer. We should repeat the mixing 3-4 times. Ice cream is ready after 2 hours in the freezer.
