𝘛𝘏𝘙𝘖𝘜𝘎𝘏 𝘛𝘏𝘌 𝘎𝘏𝘖𝘚𝘛 // ᴅᴇᴄᴇᴀꜱᴇᴅ ᴏʀᴄᴀ ᴛʀɪʙᴜᴛᴇ [ 2000s/2010s/2020s ]

Before I say anything, please do not start a war in the comment section with copying accusations. this is VERY heavily based and inspired off of the edit that Emilee (‪@DeepBlueWhales1‬) made with this same song. We've been messaging each other about this for a bit now, and she gave me direct permission to make my own version of her edit, and she also didn't mind if I made it. So in no way, shape, or form was I intentionally trying to copy her. We also both use the same editor and I liked one of the effects that she used on hers, so I used it as well. so please, do not attack me! Anyways with that out of the way, I'd like to talk about the 42 individuals in this edit. It's absolutely heartbreaking to think about the amount of animals that we end up loosing throughout the years, and I felt the need to dedicate something to almost all of them, as many of them as I could add. It makes me feel very bittersweet that all of these beautiful and unique souls used to all be alive at one point, and I am glad that we can still keep their memories alive of how all of these whales were once, and still are so loved, and missed, by a lot of people. I have another edit that im making next, but to the 1900s era whales that sadly passed away before the 2000s. This edit was so challenging for me to make, from gathering up all of the clips that I needed, to finding footage of each whale, to putting the edit together. This will probably be the one and only time that I make an edit this complex on capcut, it was so laggy and then it kept crashing while trying to export. it was driving me absolutely mad, but after some patience and different attempts to get it to save, it finally worked and I was so glad. (and I was in the middle of watching episode 8 of TADC and I was stressing over what was going on in the ep while also watching capcut and hoping that my edit would save without it crashing 😭) sooo yeah I'm glad it worked out in the end and it saved lol.
