Namibia The Movie | The beginning of the MustBeMad adventure through sand, sea and wildlife

Namibia The Movie brings together our full Namibia journey in one long-form overland film. From the dunes outside Aus to the Atlantic coast near Walvis Bay, from shipwrecks and rising tides to the immense open spaces of the Namib-Naukluft, this journey took us through some of the most dramatic landscapes we have encountered on the road. Along the way, we visited Kolmanskop, Lüderitz, Diaz Point, the wild horses near Aus, the Mesosaurus Fossil Site, Naute Kristall, Canyon Roadhouse and Fish River Canyon. From there, the road carried us north once more into Etosha National Park during the wet season, where rain, grass and wildlife revealed a completely different side of Namibia. This is not simply a highlight reel. We rebuilt the journey from our original Namibia chapters, adding extra footage, longer travel moments, new voiceovers and scenes that never made it into the original releases. Sand, stone, ocean, history, wildlife, bad roads, good campsites, Dave’s cooking, Magda’s camera lessons, and a country that kept changing every time we thought we understood it.
