Perfect for lunch, dinner, or anytime cravings hit. 📌 Easy steps 📌 Extra crispy coating 📌 Juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside Basic Ingredients - Chicken thigh Lettuce/Tomato Pickle Sliced cheese (to your liking) Japanese Mayo Sriracha Sauce Burger Bun (Brioche) Flour Mix Recipe - Self Raisin Flour 250g Corn Flour 250g Garlic Powder 10g Onion Powder 10g Paprika 40g Salt 5g Pepper 5g Mix it or Whisk it Method- 1. Cut your Lettuce and Tomato, and clean the chicken thigh fillet. 2. Soak your Chicken in buttermilk. 3. Make the flour mix. 4. Mix a bit of flour into your soaking buttermilk chicken 5. Use some of your flour mix into a bowl to a large bowl, or a container 6 .Put your soaking chicken thigh into the flour mix and pat until well coated. 7. Add extra drops of buttermilk from the soaked chicken to make some lumps on the chicken, and ensure it's well-coated everywhere. 8. Slowly lower into the oil. Do not recommend heating the oil too much; between 170°C and 190°C is perfect. 9. Cook for 2-3 minutes and check if it is cooked. (If you have a thermometer, the internal temperature has to be less than 74 °C). 10. Season your chicken as soon as it comes out of the oil, and then put the cheese. 11.
