RS4 V8 engine tear down after other garage ''rebuild'' it for 12.000£ but shortly after it seized

Welcome to another video. This time we have a car in the workshop which was bought as spare or repairs cheap. Reason why the car ended up as spare or repairs was a previous bill for £12.000 and the engine meant to be rebuilt. The new owner wants to have the car sorted so first we have to find out what's the damage and what we can use for rebuilding. After I removed the engine I had a bit of mixed up feelings WTF happened and why would somebody actually do that .... thanks for watching.
