Katrine Callander (she/her): "I’m Katrine, a late-diagnosed autistic researcher in a field which, as we know, has historically neglected inclusive participation. I’m a PhD student in Social Policy at University of Kent under Prof Chrissie Rogers and Dr. Damian Milton, conducting participatory life story research on trauma, support and identity among late-identifying Autistic women. I’m also the mother of two neurodivergent teens. Generally, I’m just trying to navigate the demands of research, work and the dynamics of being a neurodivergent single parent family. My self-dentification and diagnosis was positive but also prompted profound re-evaluation of life experiences, including trauma. Through my engagement with the autistic community, I became aware of the prevalent lack of trauma-informed care. My personal experiences as an autistic woman are included in my research and I consider the impact of this in terms of reflection, positionality and personal bias." *Please note we are not clinicians or diagnosticians* Dr Chloe Farahar (she/they) - Autistic academic (prejudice-reduction; Autistic wellbeing; neurodiversity), educator, & self-advocate
