تاريخ النكبة، 2009 وليد الخالدي محاضرة مسجلة للاستاذ وليد الخالدي عن تاريخ النكبة في SOAS، جامعة لندن، 2009. ولد د. وليد الخالدي العام 1925 في القدس، مؤرخ فلسطيني بارز وأحد مؤسسي المعهد الفلسطيني للدراسات. تخرج من جامعة أوكسفورد في العام 1951. عمل محاضراً في الدراسات السياسية في الجامعة الأمريكية في بيروت، و باحثاً في مركز هارفارد للشؤون الدولية، ومحاضراً في جامعة برنستون وجامعة أوكسفورد. وهو من مؤسسي الجمعية العلمية الملكية في عمّان، وزميل في الأكاديمية الأمريكية للآداب والعلوم. نشرعدداً كبيراً من الكتب حول القضيّة الفلسطينيّة، من أبرزها: "كي لا ننسى" (2001)، "قبل الشتات" (2000)، وآخرها: "القدس مفتاح السلام" (2017). Dr. Walid Khalidi was a prominent Palestinian historian and co-founder of the Institute for Palestinian Studies. He graduated from the University of Oxford in 1951. He was Professor of Political Studies at the American University of Beirut, a research fellow at the Harvard Center for International Affairs and a lecturer at Princeton University and the University of Oxford. He was also the founder of the Royal Scientific Society in Amman and a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He published many books on the Palestinian- Israeli conflict, most notably: Lest We Forget (2001), Before Their Diaspora (2000), and Jerusalem: Key to Peace (2017).
