Rebel song about ІΝⅬΑ volunteer Patsy O'Hara who died in Long Kesh on the 1981 Hunger Strike. Patsy was from Bishop street in Derry City. He joined the Irish Republican Socialist Party (IRSP) and Irish National Liberation Army (ІΝⅬΑ) in 1975 after being released from internment in Long Kesh. He and Raymond McCreesh both died on the 21st May 1981 during the 1981 Hunger Strike.
