From Route 66 to Open Fields | My First Harvest Host & Texas Stops (Part 2)

In this leg of the journey, I: • Visit my first-ever Harvest Host at a Route 66 welcome center • Take Kyrie to a few dog parks • Check out Cadillac Ranch • Stay at a Hipcamp in Electra that turned out to be… just a parking spot in a field 😁 • And end the trip at my second Harvest Host — a beautiful ranch in Waxahachie (featured more in part 3!) This trip continues to teach me how to travel without rigid plans — staying flexible, laughing when things aren’t perfect, and finding beauty where I can.
