When I test out a new smoker or grill, I like to cook a whole spatchcock chicken to get a feel for it. Here I test out the Borniak 150 electric smoker and was really impressed with the smoked chicken and the ease of use of the smoker. You simply set the temperature of the smoker and load up the smoke hopper with the borniak wood chips you want to use, I used delicious beech. For the dry rub, I tried out the Borniak magic dust, a tasty paprika heavy rub that was perfect on the chicken.
