Okay so I left the end of Highway 39 at the awesome look out point and now heading to Crystal Lake. I turned left at the first street to go to Crystal Lake . I also turned left at the next street witch takes you up to the parking structure for the lake. From there it's about 3/4 of a mile hike to the lake. I didn't go there so I don't know if there is water in it. Then I drove thru the camp sites. They have 50 camp sites with tables and fire rings first come first serve . Come early before they sell out . Crystal Lake Cafe sells food and supplies , the store is open Wed-Mon 8am-5pm closed on Tuesday. A visitor center is staffed on weekends at the bottom of the mountain. They have cabins for rent for info call (626) 910-1029. Cabins come equipped with bathrooms, toilets, hot showers, fully equipped kitchens, with stove , microwaves, & refrigerators. outside has table and fire ring, barbecue .
