Quick savory rolls that don’t require waiting for the dough to rise – soft on the inside and wonderfully fragrant. 🥐 Ingredients: Sugar 1 teaspoon Dry yeast 1 teaspoon Warm milk 200 ml Oil 100 ml Baking powder 1 teaspoon Yogurt 200 g Salt 1 teaspoon Flour 600 g For brushing: 1 egg yolk 1 tablespoon milk Optional topping: sesame seeds coarse salt In warm milk, add dry yeast and a little sugar, mix and let it sit for a few minutes so the yeast activates. In the meantime, prepare the flour, add salt, baking powder, oil and yogurt, and mix lightly. Add the activated yeast and knead a slightly firm dough. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out each part into a circle and cut into 16 triangles. Roll each triangle into a small roll and shape into a crescent. From this amount, you will get 32 delicious rolls. 😋 Brush them with a mixture of egg yolk and milk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and coarse salt if desired.
