We Almost QUIT on Day One! Then ALASKA Changed Everything | Ep.1

It all started with a dream, two motorcycles, and way too much gear. We packed everything we thought we'd need for the ultimate adventure — then packed some more. After a long journey from London Heathrow through Frankfurt, we finally landed in Anchorage, Alaska, buzzing with excitement. But the morning we were supposed to hit the road, reality hit us harder than expected. The bikes were loaded to the limit, barely rideable, and the anxiety kicked in fast. What were we thinking? Were we really ready for this? We regrouped, took a deep breath, and decided: ready or not — Alaska was waiting. From Anchorage we rode south to the stunning coastal town of Seward, then turned north and never looked back. Through 📍Talkeetna — a quirky little town with enormous soul — and further into the Alaskan wilderness toward 📍Nenana and 📍Tok, every mile brought something unexpected: breathtaking landscapes, remote roads, and the kind of people you only meet when you're far from your comfort zone. In Tok, we found our people. 📍Thompson's Eagle Claw Motorcycle Park turned out to be one of the most special places on this entire journey — a campground built by riders, for riders, where every campfire comes with a story that fills your tank with courage for the miles ahead. This is Episode 1 of our 3-week Alaska motorcycle adventure. The road gets wilder, the scenery gets bigger, and the lessons keep coming. Strap in.
