I Cooked an Asian-Inspired Soup Using Local Ingredients CHEAP
Tonight I made a soup that's nutritious and filling. I'll be able to freeze some of it. I improvised with what was on hand but the thinly sliced beef that I found on sale was the star. Some hard veggies made it warm and comforting. I thought about adding ramen noodles but I gained weight over the 4th and I have to watch my carbs. I use beef broth because it's my favorite but any broth will taste better than water.
