This HelloFresh Copycat Costs Way Less
A few years ago, I had a busy job and asked my doctor how I could eat better instead of living on fast food, vending machine snacks, and whatever I could grab during a 12-hour shift. One suggestion was HelloFresh, and for a while it worked pretty well. But over time I noticed the ingredients—especially the vegetables—weren't as fresh as they used to be. Eventually I decided I could make these meals myself for a lot less money. This recipe is one that stuck with me because it's simple, filling, and delicious. Today I'm making my own copycat version for a fraction of the cost. And no more 12 hour shifts ever again unless I get free access to a cafeteria. ;)
