Ministro de Defensa evaluó despeje de bloqueos en El Alto
Defense Minister Ernesto Justiniano assessed the roadblocks in the city of El Alto on June 20th and noted that most consisted of mounds of earth erected across various roads. The minister indicated that, following the clearing and reopening of the roads, law enforcement personnel were deployed to strategic locations to maintain order. He also stated that the use of force was not necessary during the clearing process.
