Presidential spokesperson José Luis Gálvez reported that during the first hours of the state of emergency, the more than 40 roadblocks registered across the country were reduced, according to a preliminary report. He stated that dialogue continues as a path to resolving the social conflict. He also indicated that in the case of the blockade in the municipality of San Julián, the actions to be taken are being analyzed, and that each situation will be evaluated individually at the national level.
