This gentle hip opener invites the body to release accumulated tension and unnecessary muscular effort, creating space for deeper breathing and relaxation. Supported Fish Next, we open the chest and front body. This helps counter the effects of sitting, slouching, and stress, allowing the breath to expand more freely. Half Butterfly By lengthening the back body and stimulating the connective tissues along the spine and legs, we encourage circulation and create a sense of spaciousness throughout the body. Bananasana This often-overlooked side-body stretch opens the ribs, waist, and outer hips, giving the breath more room to move and restoring balance through the body. Supine Twists Twists help unwind the spine, gently massage the abdominal organs, and encourage the release of physical and mental tension that may have built up throughout the day. Waterfall This gentle inversion is the energetic reset of the practice. Elevating the legs supports circulation, reduces heaviness in the lower body, and promotes rest and recovery. Shavasana Our final destination.
