Ryobi compressor: planned obsolescence and how to fix it

Some time ago my old Ryobi compressor got broken. I fixed it. Then Ryobi released new compressor. Much more compact and much more convenient: you don't have sit near the tire, hold the trigger and listen the noise which is big deal. But what inside? Did they improved construction? Did they fix the issue? Spoiler alert: no, they didn't. That is why I decided to fix it even before it will get broken.
