Shiitake mushrooms: Remove moisture - 6x1cm - If thick, adjust to about 0.4cm - 1/3t soy sauce, 1/3t sesame oil, 1/6t sugar 10. Pine nuts: A4 paper or kitchen towel - Make pine nut powder 11. Beef: 7~8x0.8x0.4cm - Make cuts - Lightly flatten - 1/2t soy sauce, 1/3t sugar, chopped green onion, minced garlic, sesame seeds, pepper, 1/3t sesame oil 11. Eggs: Egg yolk - Remove string - 1/6t salt - Pan - 1t cooking oil - Fold 7cm long egg yolk 2~3 times and cook - 2 x 6x1x0.6cm pieces 12. Pan work: Cucumber - Bellflower root - Carrot - Shiitake - Beef 13.
