Shiitake mushrooms: Soak in water - Rub and wash - Roll and cut into strips - Season with salt and sesame oil 7. Beef: Remove blood - Cut into 5cm x 0.2cm x 0.2cm strips - Season with chopped green onion, minced garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, sesame seeds, pepper, and 1/3 tsp sesame oil 8. Eggs: Separate yolk and white - Remove strings - Season with a little salt each 9. Wheat pancakes: Mix 5T flour, 5T water, and 1/6 tsp salt - Sieve 10. Carrots and cucumbers: Rinse in water and remove moisture 11. Making the Wheat Pancakes: Coating with cooking oil - Add 2/3 tablespoon of each wheat pancake and fry into 6 8cm pieces. 12. Making the Egg Rolls: Coating with cooking oil - Fry into 5cm or longer pieces. 13. Stir-fry the ingredients: Cucumber - Carrot - Shiitake Mushroom - Stir-fry the Beef. 14.
