The Hardest Decision I've Made in Jiu-Jitsu

There comes a point where you have to choose between pushing through the pain or protecting your future. This wasn't an easy video to make, but after dealing with ongoing shoulder issues, I've made the difficult decision to put competition on hold for now. Jiu-jitsu has become a huge part of my life, and stepping away from competing is one of the hardest decisions I've had to make.
