Saturday the 10th September, running the Rother Valley parkrun 140th parkrun and 4th at Rother Valley Bit of a damp morning that became quite muggy. Was hoping for a quickish time as my legs had been rested for a couple days longer than normal, but that didn't seem to workout as the pace was considerably slower than last time and wasn't able to get close to my target pace of 6:20/mile. .
