#running #parkrun #parkruntourism Please like & subscribe if you have enjoyed watching this video! Saturday the 30th May, running the Middleton Woods parkrun. 332nd parkrun, 1st at Middleton Woods. First time at Middleton Woods but have run passed it after attending other parkruns in the area. 2 laps starting with a short climb before a long decent on tarmac paths before a small loop at the bottom of the course and then climbing back up on unpaved paths through the trees. and at the end of the second lap you turn up on to the final sprint to the finish.
