Well, after all the hard work we have put into our channel, We got allocated a Youtube Manager to help grow our chanel, I had 1 video call with a list of things to improve the channel. I updated our graphics and tried a few shorts but dropped the shorts as I didn't think our subscribers age bracket watched them. I was also asked to try a membership to which I said I didn't think the age of our subscribers would want a membership. I show the emails I got from the manager as I have been called a liar as a result of her telling me to do a poll to get the opinion of the subscribers.
