Grand Theft Auto III: All 6 Portland Rampage Missions (with FAILS) Complete

I'm getting ready to do a Grand Theft Auto III run, as I haven't played the game in over a decade. Before I get too far into the story mode, I wanted to start by doing all of the side missions in Portland. Next on my list: completing all six of the rampage missions on Portland Island. As with the other side missions, it's best to do this as soon as you can. Once you progress through the main story, the gangs become more hostile towards you, which increases the degree of difficulty considerably. There are two possible locations for each vigilante mission. Usually, one of the locations is vastly superior to the other; however, if you fail the "better" location, you have to complete/fail the "worse" location before you can try the better one again. I'll try to give you some advice on each of them below, but as you can probably tell from the video there's a decent amount of trial and error involved regardless. Completing the first one nets you $5,000. Each one after that increases the subsequent award by $5k more (i.e., $10k, $15k, etc). The sixth one is worth $30k!
