Grand Theft Auto III: Portland Garage Car Collection Complete (including Dodo Plane) Import Export

I'm getting ready to do a Grand Theft Auto III run, as I haven't played the game in over a decade. Before I get too far into the story mode, I wanted to start by doing all of the side missions in Portland. Next on my list: collecting all of the cars on the Portland Import/Export Garage list (before unlocking any of the other islands). There are sixteen vehicles total on the list for Portland. Fourteen of them can be found either easily or with enough searching (I'll provide some advice to increase the chances they'll show up). One of them, the Blista, is typically unavailable until you've unlocked the next island; however, there is a way around that via the firefighter mission. Finally, the Dodo plane is only achievable through a fairly simple glitch that allows you to access the other islands early (NOTE: I decided to ONLY use this glitch to obtain the Dodo, for the purposes of clearing the mission. I will not be using the glitch to obtain any additional hidden packages or do other side missions early; e.g., vigilante missions to get more bribes). Below are the various vehicles you need to obtain to complete the mission. Each vehicle returned to the garage gets you $1,000. Collecting them all awards a $200,000 bonus and easy access to any of the cars in the collection (I demonstrate this using the Securicar, but again because I used a glitch to obtain the Dodo, I won't be taking advantage of the cars in this garage because I normally wouldn't have access to them via the garage until much later in the game).
