My First IFBB Pro Fit Model Show of 2026 | Wasatch Warrior Pro Vlog

Welcome back to the channel! 🤍 This vlog is LONG overdue, so thank you for being patient while I worked through all of the footage from one of the busiest seasons of my life. In this video, I'm taking you behind the scenes of my first official IFBB Pro Fit Model show of the 2026 season: the Wasatch Warrior Pro in Salt Lake City, Utah. Before we even get to show day, you'll come along for everything that goes into peak week preparation, including body work with Crystal at Elite OSM, skin prep and facials with Kim, posing at the Center Podium Mega Seminar alongside Ashley K, and receiving feedback from head judge Steve DeVore before stepping on stage. You'll also get a glimpse into the reality of balancing competition prep with coaching clients, real estate, travel, and everyday life. I share some honest thoughts about how prep was going, bring you along while coaching my amazing client Melissa through her first Fit Model debut, and document all of the little moments that happen behind the scenes that most people never get to see. Then it's off to Salt Lake City with my sister for check-ins, workouts, hair and makeup, show day, and my first Pro Fit Model stage appearance of the season. To finish the vlog, I take you to Colorado for a very special weekend celebrating my sister's wedding. This video is a reminder that bodybuilding is only one piece of life.
