In this video I explain the three most common mistakes freedivers make when learning packing, and how to fix them step by step to improve performance and avoid unnecessary strain. Lung packing is a powerful technique used by freedivers to increase the amount of air in the lungs before a dive, but it must always be practised carefully and with proper technique. This is achieved by mechanically force air inside the lungs using a gloso pharyngeal breathing.
