Day 6: The Most Beautiful View in Xinjiang? 🇨🇳 | Northern Xinjiang Travel Series Welcome to Day 6 of our Northern Xinjiang travel series! Our day starts with breakfast at the Sailimu Lake Vienna Hotel before continuing our journey around the remaining half of Sayram Lake, one of the most beautiful destinations in Xinjiang. Our first stop is a scenic viewpoint high above the lake. After climbing a long flight of stairs, we are rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views overlooking Sayram Lake, the surrounding mountains, and the vast landscape of Northern Xinjiang. After leaving Sayram Lake, we continue our road trip toward Yili. Along the way, we make a stop at a beautiful lavender field, where we enjoy the colorful scenery and take in another side of Xinjiang's natural beauty. Before reaching Yili, we stop at one of the most famous viewpoints in the region. From here, we get an incredible overlooking view of the iconic Guozigou Bridge, surrounded by mountains, valleys, and dramatic landscapes that make this area one of the highlights of any Xinjiang road trip. We then continue our journey and stop for a late lunch before wrapping up the day. Stay tuned for the next episode as we continue exploring Yili and visit a local market.
