How to listen to hunger signals — the difference between physical and emotional hunger

Our body sends us hunger signals to tell us when we need to eat, and how much to eat. This is especially important if we have a weight loss goal, because this helps us regulate how much food we eat! Yet many of us completely ignore our hunger cues, and instead we eat by the clock (breakfast, lunch, dinner time) or when we just feel like we want food (which is desire driven by our emotions). Ignoring our natural hunger cues makes losing weight much more challenging...so in this video, I'm sharing how you can learn to listen to your physical hunger cues, and how to tell the difference between physical and emotional hunger (and why it matters!) 💌 Sign up to our weekly email newsletter “Mindful Change” - https://heyfossa.com/mindful-change/ WORK WITH US: ⚡️Habit & Behaviour change coaching - Improve your nutrition, sleep, stress management and more to help you reach your goals and maintain the results for good: https://heyfossa.com/private-coaching/ OUR KEY LINKS: 🌏 Our website & blog - https://www.heyfossa.com 📸 Instagram -   / heyfossa   💬 Facebook -   / heyfossa   🎙Podcast - https://fossa.captivate.fm/listen ✉️ Email us - [email protected] WHO ARE WE: 👋 We’re Aaron & Eloise, nutrition & behaviour change coaches from Melbourne, Australia.
