60007 Sir Nigel Gresley weekend at the West Somerset Railway, 03/05-07-2026

The West Somerset Railway would be seen holding a Special Event utilizing LNER A4 Pacific 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley. The service would operate from Bishops Lydeard running Non Stop to Minehead. During this event the services would be operated 1 way behind 60007 and the return behind 7802 Bradley Manor. The second train would be hauled from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead with 7802 and the return with 60007. On the Saturday the WSR held their amended Blue timetable with GWR Mogul number 9351 running on the service trains operating alongside Class 14 D9531 hauling the DMU. Also on the Saturday the Erlestoke Manor fund would hold their Members day running both 7812 and 7802 on the same day. 60007 would also be seen hauling the Quantock Belle. On the Sunday GWR Mogul 9351 would be seen hauling the Sunday Quantock Belle from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead and back. 60007 and 7802 would be used again on the Sir Nigel Gresley services.
