Developing the latissimus dorsi is essential to creating an inverted triangle back, and in order to do that, I think it's very important to improve muscle control of the latissimus dorsi and visualize how it works. In this video, I've filmed a back workout that focuses on five exercises: chin-ups, bent-over rowing, deadlifts, lat pulldowns, and iso-lateral high-rows, while explaining the four points I keep in mind to work the latissimus dorsi.
