Chocolate Chip Cake Ingredients ❊ 3 eggs ❊ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ❊ 1 cup sugar ❊ 1/2 cup milk ❊ 3 tablespoons margarine or butter ❊ 1 tablespoon cornstarch ❊ 1 pinch of salt ❊ 2 cups all-purpose flour ❊ 1 tablespoon baking powder ❊ 100 grams of chocolate Preparation Method ➜ In a bowl, add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat for 2 minutes until well mixed. ➜ Add the sugar and beat until you obtain a light and fluffy cream. ➜ Incorporate the milk, stirring until smooth, then add the butter, cornstarch, and salt and beat a little more. ➜ Sift the flour and add it gradually. ➜ Add the chocolate, mixing gently until incorporated. ➜ Finally, add the baking powder. ➜ Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan. ➜ Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. ➜ Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and unmold.
