Beyond Frugal: Budgeting for a year.
Today I am planning my budget for the rest of the year. I haven't used my own figures exactly but, rather, I have used whole, round numbers to make it easier to follow. This came out a bit longer than I had anticipated but it's full of details which I hope some will find useful - maybe grab a pen and pad to make notes. It may seem overly complicated at first but once you have this sort of system in place it makes future years a breeze. I do this every January and it takes me about an hour (or less if I concentrate!). Living without a wage......living off the land and making do & mending.
