Painting a Winter Scene in Watercolour - Inspiration Challenge

Here's a little Festive Special for you over the Christmas period. I'm painting a winter scene of my local lane in Sussex, very similar to the scene I filmed at Christmas two years ago. Having filmed that, we then had a nice, light snowfall the very next day... typical! So, I thought I would go back over the image that I took that day, and make a painting of the scene in the lane. In the video, I encourage you to do the same - find a moment of inspiration that you have captured on video, sketch it out, and then make a watercolour painting (it doesn't have to be a winter scene - anytime is good.) You will also see that I am inviting you to share the results, as I will with this painting, on my landscape painting Members Forum at www.oliverpyle.com.
