Watercolor Portrait, Watercolor Painting, Time Lapse Video, Part I

I was recently asked how I create watercolor portraits from photographs so I decided to give you a behind-the-scenes look at my supplies and process. In this video you will see a photo come to life as it is painted using watercolor. It is sped up for the sake of time and some of the steps are skipped as they are repeated, but it will give you a good sense of the layering and amount of time that goes into every detail.
