I just had the BEST Hainanese Chicken Rice in Hawaii, you seriously need to check this out. If you never had Hainanese chicken rice before and you like cold ginger chicken you will LOVE this dish which is kind of like the unofficial or official dish of Singapore (depending who you ask). So if you want to try dish, check out Singmatei at the Ala Moana Shopping Center. The Hainanese chicken rice is only available during the weekends until the end of November 2021. This dish is so good I hope they will bring it back or even have it as a weekend special.
