According to Leo, this is the best recipe I've ever made😋😂 *Ingredients* Protein Flatbread (2 slices): 130g spelt flour type 630 40g protein powder | Alternatively: same amount of spelt flour 250g skyr | Alternative: Low-fat quark 8g baking powder 2g salt 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds Smoked tofu (doner meat):* 350g smoked tofu 1 clove garlic 1 red onion 5g oil spray 2 tbsp soy sauce Paprika, oregano, garlic seasoning Dressing:* 40g natural yogurt 0.1% fat 10g light ketchup Lemon juice Parsley Paprika, salt, pepper & of course, vegetables & salad of your choice *Instructions* 1. Prepare the flatbread Preheat oven to 180°C (fan/convection oven) Mix spelt flour, protein powder, skyr, baking powder & salt in a bowl until no more liquid forms Glue With lightly floured hands, form two balls and roll them out into a circle (approx. 1 cm thick). ****Sprinkle each flatbread with 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds and bake for about 15 minutes. 1. Prepare the meat Thinly slice the smoked tofu with a vegetable peeler. Finely chop the garlic and onion and mix with soy sauce, spices, tofu, and oil in a bowl. Fry in a non-stick pan until golden brown. 1. Prepare the dressing 2. Fill the flatbread with vegetables, tofu, and dressing and enjoy.
