Mega Man 4 Legacy Collection World Record Speedrun in 37:20.96

This is the WR run for Mega Man 4 Legacy Collection as of 5/1/2023 as streamed on www.twitch.tv/onemoretimegfsn. Just before this run I had gotten a PB that barely missed out on record by about 4 seconds or so, and it missed out mostly because of Drill Man. Between the first fight and the refights he dived into the ground 5 times. This is obscenely bad luck and costly as well, given each dive costs roughly 3.5-4 seconds of time. Needless to say, I was a bit demoralized by that and this last run was supposed to be a cooldown run to finish the night out. Instead, I got good luck and basically crushed this run, never seeing a red split and getting luck in all the right places in a way that allowed me to get record. For clarification, this is world record for the Mega Man Legacy Collection version of Mega Man 4, not the version for the NES which has its own separate leaderboard. This version is inaccurate when it comes to simulating the lag found in the original game, so because of that each game was separated out into their own leaderboard compared to the originals. Furthermore, this version allows for turbo CPU (essentially no lag) and autofire since those are built into the game. There's still quite a bit of work to be done here, as the world record for the NES version is 36:58 by Chelney. I might try to grind this down below 37 at least, but we'll see.
