💚🥗My original recipe for spinach biskvit salad: unique, quick, and absolutely delicious! 1. Hi everyone!💚 Today I’m sharing a recipe that came about by accident. 2. I was planning to make a classic spinach roll, but as I was working on it, I realized—this would make the perfect salad! 3. It’s incredibly vibrant and very unique. A stunning combination of tender sponge cake and juicy tomatoes. Ingredients: Spinach – 150 g Eggs – 3 A pinch of salt Flour – 50 g Tomatoes – 4 Canned corn – 1/2 can Basil seasoning Salt to taste 4. I picked the spinach from the garden ahead of time, washed it, and blended it. 5. I add three egg yolks to the spinach; separate the whites from the yolks. 6. I blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth, liquid puree. 7. I add the flour and mix. 8. Such a bright color 9. I add a pinch of salt to the egg whites 10. I beat the whites until stiff peaks form. 11. In three stages, I fold the whites into the green mixture and mix well. 12. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper 13. Spread the spinach mixture evenly on the baking sheet 14. You can grease the parchment paper with oil first so the delicate sponge cake doesn’t stick 15. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes 16. Take it out of the oven 17. Tear the sponge cake into pieces with my hands 18. Cut the tomatoes into fairly large pieces 19. When I eat any salad, I like the vegetables to be cut into large pieces; I think it tastes better that way. 20. Add sweet corn 🌽 for a pop of flavor 21. Basil for a special aroma 🌿 22.
