INGREDIETS: 2 medium potatoes, cut into cubes 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp oil ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp chili flakes 1 tbsp butter 3–4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tbsp chopped parsley INSTRUCTIONS: Boil the potato cubes in water with 1 tsp salt until slightly tender. Drain well and let them cool for a few minutes. Add cornflour and toss until the potatoes are evenly coated. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the potato cubes until golden and crispy.
