LEAN BITES: ENGAGE EVERYONE

A "bite sized" explanation of a principle that I’ve developed around Lean Implementation called Engage Everyone. In implementing a Lean program, we have the greatest opportunity at the start, to engage everyone. Engagement is the level of connection your team has with the Program. I’ll share 3 keys to help you Engage Everyone: 1) Create a clear vision, a well thought-through strategy and a transparent implementation plan, 2) Ensure clear & simple communication, ensuring everyone knows what’s involved and the expected benefits, 3) Create the right environment, collaborate, respect others, recognise their valued contribution.
