The system automatically erects an inner case and loads the product into them. Next, the case is mechanically transferred from a horizontal to vertical orientation and sealed using the Combi TBS-100 top case adhesive sealer. As cases move through the line, a static bump positions them precisely for consistent handling and pattern forming. The automated Alphapack packing system then uses a high-speed pick-and-place arm with vacuum technology to pack three inner cases into a master case. The master case is subsequently sealed using another TBS-100 case sealer, creating a complete end-of-line packaging solution. To ensure quality and accuracy, the system incorporates a cap presence verification camera that inspects every adhesive cartridge before packing. Any rejected products are automatically diverted into a collection bin, helping maintain packaging integrity and reduce downstream issues. The entire packaging line is operated through an intuitive HMI (Human Machine Interface), giving operators simple navigation, system visibility, and production control.
