Fabory Reduces Lead Times with Qimarox Vertical Conveyor Fabory, a leading supplier of fasteners in Europe, has significantly reduced replenishment times in its Tilburg distribution center by implementing an automated depalletizing and transport system. Developed by system integrator TBWB, the solution includes a Qimarox Prorunner mk5 vertical conveyor and a Qimarox Pallet Dispenser PD1. The Prorunner mk5 efficiently transports boxes from the depalletizing station to the miniload system, overcoming a height difference of 3.5 meters while maintaining product stability. As a result, replenishment lead times have been reduced from over a day to just a few hours. Fabory also values the system's compact footprint, reliability, and modular design, which allowed the conveyor to be easily extended when process requirements changed. Thanks to the performance and reliability of Qimarox equipment, Fabory continues to optimize its logistics operations and has selected another Qimarox solution, the Prorunner mk1, for a new warehouse automation project.
