Intermediate Rebounder Cardio Flow | High Energy Intervals & Cool Down Stretch

Rebounding Workout energy and recovery meet in this dynamic 15-minute session! This Mini Trampoline Workout is an intermediate-level cardio routine designed to spike your heart rate, burn calories, and finish with a revitalizing stretch. We are tackling a structured 3-Round program where each round consists of 7 movements lasting 40 seconds each, followed by a 20-second rest to catch your breath. This low impact exercise routine uses variations of bouncing to build stamina and improve your lymphatic health without stressing your joints. We kick off the cardio flow with a basic bounce-feet wide, rhythmic chugs, and a double knee r + double knee left sequence. We keep the momentum going with explosive knees r/l singles, a coordinated side taps r/l (bounce it) step, and quick shuffles r/c/l/c. The intensity builds as we move through bounce taps forward r/l and a functional side taps r/l + squat center between combo. Next, we add power by introducing a bounce tap it forward r/l + adding big arms, dynamic twists r/l, and a high-speed wide football run. To finish this at home fitness cardio block, we push through a center run in place - narrow, switch heels r/l adding arms, and side kicks high r/l before ending on a high note with a power bounce feet together - arms high! Once the cardio blocks are complete, we transition directly into a rewarding stretch to lengthen the muscles and lower your heart rate.
