Wiederaufbau einer E 71 von Roco - Teil 1.
One of those in-between projects: Thirty years ago, I had several Roco E 71 locomotives, which were gradually sacrificed for the experimental builds of the EB 1 to EB 3. Around 2006, I painted one E 71 brown, as Helmut Klauss suggested, and later wanted to remove the modifications made on the Wiesen- und Werratalbahn railway. So the parts lay around for years. Now, a viewer gave me some chassis parts for the E 71. Add to that the MP wheelsets that were already lying around, and what else could I do? So here are the videos documenting the construction of this, presumably, very long-term project. I only tinker with the locomotive briefly, as it's of little importance...
